Adjust your thought process. 

In life we are always taught in order to master a skill, you must do it repetitively. Like the old saying practice makes perfect but keep in mind some of us are comfortable and are wired to not take risks. We are taught that life is about systems, structure, order and good routines but there must be a balance in order to achieve the best results.

No repeat means not practicing negative habitual behavior day after day and expecting different results. It could be an easy fix or a hard fix, if you want to achieve your goals and get better. Whether it’s daily life or even in the future. Eventually something will have to be changed, it could be working harder or even working smarter. 

After a changed mindset you must take action, you must implement. You choose your outcome just don’t repeat the negative.
